What ending did I actually get in the last stand of the gilded raven?

I just finished The Last Stand of the Gilded Raven and I'm genuinely stuck on whether the ending I got was the intended one or a weird bug. The final cutscene just sort of faded to black after the queen whispered her line, and now the title screen is different. Has anyone else had this happen, or did I somehow miss a crucial trigger?

I just finished The Last Stand of the Gilded Raven too. The cutscene did fade to black after the queen’s line, and then the title screen changed to a darker look. I figured it was intentional, like a hard cut to the new menu, but I’m not totally sure.

I reran a quick save and got the same result here—no credits, no obvious epilogue, just that altered title screen. Feels a bit buggy, or possibly patch dependent.

Do you think there was supposed to be another prompt after the line, or is it just fade to black for everyone?

I started a fresh run but stopped before the end because the fade bug felt like a dead end. Once I saw the title screen change, I didn’t want to grind to reproduce it again.
