What grain-based breakfast ideas can fit a low-carb diet without eggs?
#1
I’ve been trying to follow a low-carb diet for a few months, but I keep hitting a wall with breakfast because I’m so tired of eggs. I miss having something quick and grain-based that fits, and I’m wondering if anyone else has found a satisfying morning routine without relying on them so much.

I was tired of eggs too. I found almond flour bread slices at the store, toasted them and topped with cream cheese and avocado. It feels like real breakfast, and it kept me full for a couple of hours.

I go with Greek yogurt plus a handful of berries and a sprinkle of chia. No cooking, quick, protein keeps the hunger away until lunch.

I do a quick cauliflower hash with crumbled sausage and peppers in a skillet, finish with a little cheese. It’s hot and satisfying in 10 minutes, no eggs.

Sometimes I wonder if the real wall is the morning routine more than the eggs. I kept chasing a grainy vibe and found maybe I just needed a simple warm option prepped the night before. Do you think the problem is the routine or the craving for grain?
