What setting fixes black bars on Disney+ with older Marvel movies on 4K TV?

I just got a new 4K TV and I’m trying to figure out the best way to watch my favorite shows without the picture looking weird or getting cut off. My Disney+ stream keeps showing black bars on the sides of some older Marvel movies, but it fills the whole screen on my phone.
