What should i do about intermittent lower right abdominal pain?
#1
I’ve been getting this strange, sudden pain in my lower right abdomen that comes and goes. It’s not constant, but when it hits, it’s a sharp, cramping sensation that makes me stop what I’m doing for a minute. I’m not sure if it’s just a muscle thing or something I should actually be concerned about.

I had something like that once after a gym run. it felt sharp for a moment, then it would fade, and it would kind of creep back later.

Mine showed up as a stabbing pain on the lower right when I hauled a heavy box at work. I stopped, rested, and then went to urgent care to rule out anything serious.

Could be gas or a muscle spasm, or something else in there. Not sure what it is, but these things can flare up unpredictably.

I started keeping a simple log of when it happened, what I was doing, and any other symptoms, and it helped me feel less blind about it.

If it gets worse, or you have fever, vomiting, or you can’t keep fluids down, or the pain sticks around, see a clinician sooner rather than later.

Does it happen after meals?
