I’ve been using a visual builder to manage our customer onboarding workflows, but I’m hitting a wall because our process now needs to check live data from our internal database before proceeding. The platform’s native connectors can’t handle this specific query, and I’m worried the only solution is to write a custom API integration, which defeats the purpose of using this tool in the first place.
