What would you do as the employee in that rotisserie chicken return video?

I just saw that video of the guy trying to return a half-eaten rotisserie chicken to the store, and the manager’s deadpan reaction is everywhere. Has anyone else found themselves weirdly invested in this? I can’t decide if the guy is a legendary troll or just completely shameless, and I keep rewatching it trying to figure out what I’d do if I was the employee.
