Where can i find a squad that coordinates strats in ranked play?

I’ve been trying to find a solid group for ranked play, but every time I join a clan’s discord it feels like I’m just another name on a roster. How do you actually find a team that wants to coordinate strats and improve together, instead of just filling slots for the next match?

I hopped between clans for a while. The difference came when one group actually paired people for practice and called it a training night instead of just filling slots. We had a shared schedule, a simple notes doc for what we tried, and a captain who kept pulling everyone back to the plan after losses. It didn’t guarantee wins, but you could tell who was showing up to work on stuff and who was just showing up for a match.

I tried a 'trial squad' approach: invited 2–3 people, set a fixed 60‑minute practice twice a week, and we rotated someone to call ideas during the games. We kept a tiny notebook of what we tried and whether it felt better after each session. It helped a bit, but outside noise and timezone chaos killed consistency.
