Why does my car's real-time traffic keep sending me off the highway?

I just got a new car and the built-in navigation keeps trying to reroute me off the highway for supposed traffic, but the delays are always minor. It’s making my commute more stressful with these unnecessary exits. Has anyone else found their car’s real-time traffic system to be overly aggressive and counterproductive?

Yep mine does that too It nudges me off the highway for tiny delays and it makes the drive tense

I turned off auto rerouting in the car settings and just use the built in map for guidance and ignore most prompts It helps sometimes not always

I keep wondering if the problem is the data feed but I cant tell I am just guessing

One time I stayed on the highway and the route flipped back after a few miles so I stopped following it and trusted my own sense
