Why does my search history feel stuck in a loop?

I’ve been noticing my search history has become really repetitive lately, like I’m stuck in a loop of checking the same few news sites and weather forecasts. It feels like my view of what’s happening in the world is getting narrower without me meaning for it to happen.

I tried to shake it by changing the order I open things in the morning, and I set a tiny limit on how many tabs I can have open. It barely mattered for a few days and then I found myself there again.
