Why isn't my educational art channel growing despite consistent posting?
#1
I’ve been trying to build a consistent audience for my educational art videos, but my growth has completely stalled. I’m putting in the hours on my content strategy, yet my subscriber count just won’t budge and I’m starting to feel like I’m missing something fundamental.

Ive been stuck in that loop for months. I pour hours into scripting and editing, then the subscriber count stays stubborn. I even tried posting daily for a month, brighter thumbnails and sharper titles, and still the growth refuses to move.

I started logging numbers not just subs but watch time retention CTR I found most viewers drop before 60 seconds I tried shorter intros and explicit hooks the CTR ticked up a bit but subs still flat Maybe the algorithm cares more about average watch time than raw length.

I swapped thumbnails several times one with a bold face and red border got a tiny uptick but not a breakthrough.

I keep wondering if the real issue is niche saturation or misjudging what counts as educational art in that space I keep thinking more content but maybe not the right kind.

Do you think the real bottleneck is the platforms discovery rather than your videos?
